The intended purpose of this plan is to mitigate risk for our family unit; all staff will abide by all guidelines set forth in this document. If staff members are found neglectful of the parameters set forth in this document, the follow action may be taken: Disciplinary actions up to and including termination of employment.
1. All staff agree to perform advanced hand and body hygiene techniques:
Up to and including wearing freshly washed clothing prior to shift and having little contact with outside individuals prior to shift. Staff will utilize supplied masks and gloves when in close contact.
2. Staff agree to come directly to work, I.e.: No personal errands prior to shift also staff will agree to hold activities such as getting gas prior to shift or ordering outside food during work hours.
3. Staff agree to complete a personal health check screening at and through their shift. I.e.: temperature check at entry point, sanitize hands prior to touching or contaminating any surfaces. Upon entering the domicile, Staff will be asked to leave all personal affects in their vehicle, excluding: Cellular device and or their lunch - which must also be decontaminated upon entering with the supplied cleaning materials.
4. Staff agree to immediately wash their hands after entering the home.
5. Staff agree to follow Social distancing as best as they can while in the home.
6. Staff agree to Clean and disinfect all touched surfaces throughout their shift.
If a staff member is exhibiting signs or symptoms of illness, this staff will be asked to leave until cleared for duty from either a medical professional or a two-week timeframe has elapsed.
